Learning and practice tool
Current Theory is a learning and practice tool. It supports theory practice and exam preparation, but does not guarantee assessment or exam results.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Current Theory should be used for personal theory practice. Attempting to disrupt the service, misuse question content, or access other learners’ data is not permitted.
Content and intellectual property
Question content, branding, and app design belong to Current Theory / Trade Theory Group Ltd and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
No guaranteed outcomes
Current Theory does not guarantee a pass, and is not an official exam, assessment, or accreditation body. It is not approved by EWRB, Skills, or any training provider unless explicitly stated.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Current Theory develops. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
